1. Acceptance

By accessing or using stonefit.in, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Replacement Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Who we are

Stonefit is a partnership firm registered in India, operating stonefit.in. Our registered address is 9/164, Jeeva Street, Urumandampalayam, G.N.Mills, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641029. GSTIN 33AFZFS6464C1ZI.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use this website or place an order. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account

You may browse and place orders as a guest, or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@stonefit.in if you suspect unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms.

5. Products

We sell men’s apparel including T-shirts, polo T-shirts, oversized T-shirts, half sleeve T-shirts, track pants, and shorts. Product images are for illustration. Minor variations in colour, texture, and fit can occur due to photography, screen settings, and fabric batches. Such variations are not defects.

We currently sell under the Stonefit brand only. We do not sell third party brands.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.

6. Stock and pricing accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate stock and pricing. Despite this, errors may occur. If we discover an error in your order, we will inform you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to be priced incorrectly, even after payment or order confirmation.

7. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a binding contract. The contract is formed only when we accept and dispatch the order, or in the case of COD orders, when we confirm the order for dispatch.

For COD orders, we may call or message you to verify identity, address, and intent. We may cancel any COD order that we cannot reasonably verify, that appears high risk, or that cannot be serviced in the customer’s pin code.

8. Online payment

All online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited through its payment gateway. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, and other methods enabled by Razorpay from time to time.

By paying online, you agree to Razorpay’s terms and the terms of your bank or payment provider. We do not see, store, or process your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking password. If a payment fails, is duplicated, or shows as pending, contact support@stonefit.in with your order ID and transaction reference. We will coordinate with Razorpay to investigate and resolve the issue, but Razorpay and your bank are ultimately responsible for the underlying transaction.

Charges on your statement may appear as “STONEFIT” or “RAZORPAY-STONEFIT”.

9. Cash on Delivery

COD is available across India, subject to serviceability and risk checks. A COD handling fee, if any, is shown at checkout before order placement and is non-refundable except where the product is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.

By choosing COD, you agree to accept delivery of the order. If a COD order is refused at delivery without a valid reason, or if the customer is repeatedly unavailable, we may suspend COD for the associated account, phone number, or address.

10. Shipping

We ship across India. Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours of payment or COD verification, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Estimated delivery is 3 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Any delivery timeline shown is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Shipping charges vary by product, size, weight, and destination. The applicable charge is displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping offers, if any, will be clearly communicated and subject to their stated conditions.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. For COD orders, title passes on delivery and acceptance.

11. Order changes and cancellation

You may request a change or cancellation before the order is packed or dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for return under our Refund and Replacement Policy. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are fully refunded to the original payment method.

Customized, personalized, clearance, or final sale items, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled.

12. Returns, replacements, and refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Replacement Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read that page before placing an order.

13. Promotions and offers

Discount codes, coupons, and promotional offers are subject to their specific terms, including validity, exclusions, and one-time use rules. We may withdraw or modify promotions to correct errors or prevent abuse.

14. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Place orders using someone else’s identity or payment method without permission
• Use the website for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its data, or its systems
• Interfere with other customers’ use of the site
• Scrape, copy, or republish site content without written permission
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or automated traffic
• Resell products purchased from Stonefit for commercial purposes

We may suspend accounts, cancel orders, and pursue legal remedies for any breach of this section.

15. Reviews and user content

If you post reviews, photos, comments, or other content on our site, you grant Stonefit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You confirm that you own the content or have the right to share it, and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

16. Intellectual property

All content on stonefit.in, including the Stonefit name, logo, product designs, photographs, descriptions, and website code, is owned by or licensed to Stonefit and protected by Indian intellectual property law. You may view and use the site for personal shopping only. Any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution without our written permission is prohibited.

17. Third party links

Our site may link to third party websites for convenience. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

18. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

19. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stonefit’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the site or any order shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, or data.

20. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Stonefit, its partners, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your violation of any law or third party right.

21. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the dispute resolution clause below, the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the website.

22. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve disputes quickly. Before filing any formal action, please write to support@stonefit.in so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 15 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat at Coimbatore and the language English. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a single arbitrator.

Nothing prevents either party from seeking interim relief from a competent court in Coimbatore.

23. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that breaches these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Pending orders may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

25. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
